I love Freshly Found’s embroideries of swimmers, they are beautiful, original and modern. I advise you to visit this blog, she is a South African artist very versatile and bundle of energy.
What a nice fabric combination and nice blocks! A perfect quilt. Made by Kate, whose blog, Swim, Bike, Quilt, I like so much; it’s very personal but very amusing and she posts marvellous photos.

Basketwork is never old-fashioned. Longleaf Studio’s has a renovated and modern style which results very elegant.
LouiseBagnall‘s work is fantastic. She’s illustrator, but also directs animation movies and makes dolls with felt from her drawings during her free time.
