Atelier Pompadour is the shop of an Italian girl called Paola, who makes by hand a bit of everything. I am captivated by her pillows, dolls, complements and accessories.
I like this quilt very much, so I leave you the link to tutorial that explains how to do it, though bear in mind that it requires some practice with the patchwork.
Do you recognize it? Is the house form Psycho. Paola Colombo‘s embroideries, apart from their technical quality, are fresh, modern and nice. She also makes dolls and drawings.
I love this project. It is about using sun light to discolor a scarf with the drawing or print we’ve made before. I have found it on Martha Stewart’s blog and its creator is Christine Schmidt, a crafter who works the impression in all the possible ways. She has a very tempting blog and has just published a book, «Print workshop» where she explains different techniquess and proposes some projects.
The Australian Yasmin Ellis makes jewels with tapes measure. They are really original and nice.
Maja Lindberg, Majali, is a Swedish designer and illustrator who makes wonderful drawings with a melancholy touch. I recommend you her blog, where she shows her work.
