This September is proving to be exhausting. It is true that this summer we were not able to get much rest, but for the week we went on a trip, and we have accumulated tiredness for two years (last summer we did not have vacations either). But I thought that returning to daily routine and leaving this hot summer behind would be great.
But the heat hasn’t gone, it has even increased, with a terrible humidity that is driving us crazy in Valencia (the traffic is extremely bad, the people are tired…); besides we have lots of work (which does not mean higher incomes) and I am suffering dizziness last two weeks.

What to do? Lots of hugs and love from and to our family and many needleworks.. Both things give me peace and the well-being that I need. We all know the first thing, but it is necessary to practise it day after day. I am lucky because I have it to every second of my life.

Y en cuanto a las labores, se está poniendo de moda la idea de que son una buena terapia, pero de verdad que lo son. Os lo aconsejo al 100%.
And as for needlecrafts, it’s becoming trendy the idea that they are a good therapy, and indeed they are. I reccomend them 100%.

Espero que te encuentres mejor 😉 estoy de acuerdo, es una buena terapia
@Sara Torregrosa Gracias, Sara. Poco a poco todo se va relajando y yo también. Y el ratito de tejer o bordar al cabo del día me ayuda mucho.
¡Saludos!
