135 gr. of flour
110 gr. of sugar
80 gr. of butter
80 ml. of milk
1 teaspoon of yeast
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
2 tablespoons of cocoa
For the coating, 75 gr. of chocolate fondant and 35 ml. of cream
1- Preheat the oven to 160 ºC and place 12 paper cups on a baking tray.
2- Beat the melted butter with the sugar in a bowl and when the mixture is creamy add the egg.
3- While constantly stirring, add the milk, the cocoa, the vanilla and the flour with the yeast.
4- Fill the cups with the obtained mixture and bake for 15 minutes.
5- Melt the coarsely chopped chocolate on a low heat or in bain-marie with the cream and cover the cupcakes after cooling.
